As a business owner in Los Angeles County, you play a vital role in shaping our community. I’m Oscar Martinez, and I’m running for LA County Sheriff in 2026 to bring integrity, transparency, and safety to our neighborhoods. Your business can be a key part of this movement by volunteering to help organize a campaign event. Here’s how you can get involved:
Host a Community Meet & Greet
- Open your business space for a community conversation with customers and local residents.
- I’ll be there to listen to concerns, share my vision, and discuss how we can build a safer, more accountable Sheriff’s Department.
- You can provide refreshments, special promotions, or discounts to encourage attendance.
Organize a Public Safety Forum
- You can host a roundtable discussion on public safety issues.
- Invite local stakeholders, residents, business owners, and law enforcement professionals to participate.
- I’ll personally attend to hear concerns, answer questions, and discuss policy solutions.
Offer Your Business as a Phone Banking Hub
- Dedicate a section of your business for campaign volunteers to make phone calls to supporters.
- Provide Wi-Fi, seating, and a welcoming space for volunteers to reach out to voters.
- If possible, offer small incentives like discounted coffee or snacks for volunteers who participate.
Sponsor a Voter Registration Drive
- Set up a voter registration table inside or outside your business.
- Train your employees or volunteers to help register new voters and provide election information.
